Stop eating in excess!
Don’t eat nighttime, stop eating strange fats that begins with the letter E and are artificially produced!
Start making some exercise, even with one thin Thera-Band, it doesn’t matter, just do it!
Stop consuming alcohol and coffee in excess!
Start eating healty foods, organic vegetables/fruits.
Stop eating foods that contain artificial colorants/aromas and taste intensifying shit!
Drink water, it wont heart you!
Go swimming!
